Originally built in 1078 by William the Conqueror, the Tower of London has been known as one of the most haunted places in the United Kingdom. Although there have been many reports of strange occurrences the most well known one being sights of the wife of King Henry VIII Anne Boleyn who was beheaded in 1536. Her headless body has been seen walking in the towers corridors as well as the spot of her demise. Besides Anne people have also seen two small children in various rooms in the castle, when they are seen they are holding hands and seem to have a terrifying look on their small faces.
